RETURN POLICY
A. RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
Retail customers have 30 days to inspect and request return authorization.
Product must be repackaged for return, damages in transit must be claimed to the delivering freight forwarder by the receiveing party.
Regular stocked items typically can be returned for full refund of product less frieght and freight to return to be paid by shipper.
Built to order products are subject to 25% restocking charge as well as freight to ship and receive returned items.
Custom built items may be non refundable.
The receiver must inspect the shipment prior to signing for shipment to ensure it is not damaged or carrier may not accept a damaged claim.
B. DEALERS / DISTRIBUTORS:
Dealer / distributors have 30 days to request return authorization, subject to 25% restocking on standard stocked items.
Built to order products may be 50% restocking and custom work may be non refundable.
